Right to return ordered products and receive a refund

According to the law, the buyer has the right to claim financial compensation from the eevi online store within 14 days of the date of purchase (In accordance with Article 20 of the Monetary Compensation Act). However, we have an extended 30 days money back guarantee policy that allows our clients to return ordered goods within 30 days from the purchase date.

We make a refund at clients request for unused goods that are returned in the original package with the company label within 30 days of the buyer’s date of purchase. We only return goods purchased at www.myeevi.fi

Return of goods:

1. Fill in the return form attached to the shipment. If the return form has been lost, contact us by e-mail customerservice@myeevi.fi and we will send you a new one. Put the completed form inside the packaging.
2. Contact our Customer Service to receive a prepaid shipping label by email (customerservice@myeevi.fi). You must provide our Customer Service with the first and last names, address, telephone number. We need this information to proceed with the refund.
3. When I contact our Customer Service, you will receive a prepaid shipping label.
4. Properly pack the goods and the corresponding completed form. You can use the original packaging.
5. Attach the shipping label provided by the Customer Service to the outside of the package.
6. Take the package to nearest post office or parcel delivery center.

Reimbursement order

We will refund your money the same way you paid for the order. For example, if you paid by credit card, we will make the refund to your credit card. We will refund your funds within 30 calendar days of receiving the returned goods.
