Delivery

When the order is completed, we will send a corresponding confirmation by email, where you can check the order details. After the ordered goods are delivered to the post office, you will receive the corresponding notification, which mentions the nearest point from which you can pick up the parcel. When the package arrives at the pick-up machine, we will send a corresponding text message. You can pick up the package from the post office within one week of the date of sending the text message, otherwise it will be sent back.

Note! You cannot cancel or change your order after it has been sent to our delivery company. In addition, packages are not delivered on public holidays and weekends in the destination country.

Order tracking

When the order is sent to the post office, you will receive the shipment ID by e-mail. It usually is received within 24 hours from the date of the order. The ID code may be used to track the shipping of the order. Please note that the package code will only enter the system when your package is registered in the system and it usually takes less than 3 working days.
